For example, if you promote a new event a month ahead of time, by the time the event rolls around, people have forgotten.   As he began to share with us about putting on plays—like that we were supposed to create them, I remembered that we had tried that before unsuccessfully. We tried too early and having failed, we gave up on the idea. We only had a fragment of the understanding we needed to succeed back then.
